When you email about early access, we receive the details you choose to send. Please do not include bank details, identity documents or customer accounting records.

We use your enquiry to respond, understand whether the pilot suits your business and arrange early access if appropriate. Your enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated newsletter.

How we use your information

We use your email address and the business details you provide to respond to your request. Our legitimate interest is handling enquiries about Alwen; if you request a service, we may also use those details to take steps before an agreement. You do not need to provide private financial information to register interest.

Where the information goes

Your enquiry passes through your email provider and the provider hosting our inbox. People working on Alwen may access the enquiry to respond. We do not sell enquiry details. This website does not send private business records to an AI model.

Cloudflare hosts this website and processes technical connection data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. This website does not set advertising cookies or use marketing analytics.

Retention and your choices

We review inactive enquiries after six months and delete the details when no longer needed, unless a customer relationship or legal obligation requires retention. You can request access, correction or deletion of your information, or object to further contact. Some rights depend on the circumstances.

For questions about your information, or to ask us to stop contacting you, use the same enquiry email address. We will confirm the service provider and full customer terms before inviting you to use Alwen.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact the ICO.
